FUNCTION
It provides auto painting and drying process in accordance with health and safety norms. It has been determined that it complies with TSEK quality factor and conformity values with the quality conformity certificate dated 2001 and numbered 35 -14.02/1557. In accordance with Law No. 132 and TSE legislation, a manufacturing qualification certificate has been issued. As a result of the analysis of Storm Auto Painting Booths by TÃœBÄ°TAK ENERGY SYSTEMS and ENVIRONMENT RESEARCH INSTITUTE ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT, it has been approved with the report numbered B.02.1BAK.5.01.52.00/2015 and project numbered 51H2402 that it does not cause environmental pollution in any way.
DESCRIPTION
It is a painting and drying booth where the vehicle is painted and dried with an air ducted spray gun operating under low pressure. Air is taken from outside the facility with ceiling filtration system. Paint particles are separated from the air by paint stop filters. The booth is equipped with diesel burner and fan – motor units. It can be mounted on the plant floor with an entrance ramp in front of the cabin entrance, metal chassis or an excavation work with a duct connection to the units for air circulation.
